Jeff is a leader in global strategy and transformational consulting that enables lives that change the world.  For almost 25 years, he developed and delivered organizational outcomes across 9 industries and 50 clients across 3 continents for Accenture.  Over the last 5 years, he has led strategic initiatives and labor transformation for travel technology company Sabre and currently is driving the standup and growth of a human resources consulting, technology and administration company called Buck.  Jeff holds a BBA-International degree from Southern Methodist University.

Jeff is married to a very patient Kimberly and lives in Southlake, TX (home of the 8 time state football champion Dragons). They have three sons, Andrew (a Marine), Joseph (a Duck), and Michael (senior Tommie at University of St. Thomas) who all live in Minnesota.  Having been reborn again in 2003 at a Christ Family Camp, Jeff’s life verse is John 10:14-16.  Jeff is an active soccer referee and enjoys a long ride on his white Harley Road King named Casper.
