Eddie Bennett, recognized as one of the foremost authorities on organizational development, has
made organizational wellness and streamlining his life’s work. He has been teaching, lecturing, and
implementing since 2005 and is known for his approaches to difficult operational and leadership
issues. He graduated from the University of North Carolina Charlotte.
Eddie’s main objective is to focus exclusively on operational issues in Supply Chain and Logistics.
Bennett’s vision of a healthy, high-performance organization is embodied in the company-within-an
organization archetype, where every department, every small group, views itself as an
entrepreneurial business. Everyone is clearly focused on utilizing their talents, gifts, and abilities,
and they view peers as customers and suppliers.
Eddie continues his life of Impact working with several charities and nonprofits such as Samaritans
Feet International, My Safe Harbor, and the YMCA. He is very active in his church and community
where he is a life coach, mentor, and friend to many. Blessed with 3 awesome children Jaylynn,
Jaleal and Jonnae who will continue in his footsteps of service to others. He currently lives in
Charlotte, NC and enjoys traveling, coaching and anything sports.
Honored to be a part of the FTF team as their Mission, Purpose and Vision align with my own goals
of Stewardship and Spiritual Purpose.
